Shipping costs, destinations, and timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier, except that we will replace or refund orders that are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or are incorrect, as described in our Refund Policy.

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and Bell of California regarding the Services.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Bell of California consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
